How To Use:

1. Lay Cocoon on a flat, low surface with the zip open and arm studs closed.
2. Place the baby on top, tuck legs into the swaddle, and zip up with hands in the desired position.
3. For nappy changes, zip open from the bottom to release legs and lower torso.
4. Layer underneath for added warmth as needed.
5. To transition to arms-out sleeping, open the shoulder studs gradually over several days.
