Ingredients
  • 2 purple potatoes, sliced into chunks
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Olive oil drizzled
Directions
Step 1
Place the potatoes into the steam basket. Steam on water level 3.
Step 2
Once finished, transfer the potatoes into the blending bowl.
Step 3
Place the salt, pepper, milk, garlic, butter in the blending bowl.
Step 4
Pulse blend to puree until thoroughly mixed, adding in more milk if needed.
Step 5
Once mixed, take out and place into serving bowl.
Step 6
Top with additional salt, pepper and spices. Drizzle olive oil if desired. Enjoy!
