Ingredients
  • 30 gr of Comté cheese
  • 85 gr of carrot
  • 70 gr of belgium endive
  • 35 gr of bulgur
Directions
Step 1
Put the bulgur in the pasta/rice cooker with 3 tablespoons of water.
Step 2
Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
Step 3
Peel and wash the carrot, and cut into fine round slices.
Step 4
Wash the endives, remove the bitter cone-shaped base and cut into pieces.
Step 5
Place the endive in the steamer basket.
Step 6
Place the carrot in the steamer basket.
Step 7
Put water in tank 2 and start cooking.
Step 8
Set aside the cooking juice.
Step 9
Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
Step 10
Place the bulgur into the blending bowl.
Step 11
Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
Step 12
Blend the bowl content.
Step 13
Add the cheese in the blender bowl.
Step 14
Blend one more time the bowl content.
