- ½ Petit suisse
- 120 gr of apple
- 65 gr of dried apricot
Directions
Step 1
Peel, wash and cut the apple in half and remove the pips. Cut the apple into small 1cm cubes.
Step 2
Put the apple in the steamer basket.
Step 3
Place the dried apricots in the steamer basket.
Step 4
Put water in tank 2 and start cooking.
Step 5
Pour the content of the basket into the blender bowl.
Step 6
Add the Petit-suisse to the blender bowl.
Step 7
Blend the bowl content.
