Step 1
Wash, peel and remove any stems or pits from fruits if needed. Keep edible fruit skin as they are very nutritious!
Step 2
Steam fruits in Babycook and blend to puree, add a little lemon and sweetener of choice to preserve the mixture better.
Step 3
Line the tray with baking paper, pour in the puree.
Step 4
Dehydrate for 60°C for 6 -8 hours, When the leathers are dried, they will be a little bit shiny and non-sticky to the touch. Allow them to cool before removing them from the trays.
Step 5
Roll the leather into a tight roll and cut them. Store in air-tight container.
