Embrace merges the coziness of a soft wrap carrier with the simplicity and comfort of a structured carrier. Designed to keep baby safe and snug from the start. The Ergobaby Embrace carrier can be used with babies from 7-25 lbs (3.2-11.3kg). Machine washable and breastfeed in carrier. The Embrace Baby Carrier has been acknowledged as a "hip healthy" product by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute.
- Cozy – The soft, comfy knit fabric nestles baby closely to parent for a snug fit that keeps baby supported
- Simple – No complex fabric tying involved. Embrace features easy to buckle waistbelt and shoulder straps. As newborn grows, easily switch baby from newborn mode to baby facing in without adjustments. When baby is ready, switching to facing out mode is simple and easy, too.
- Comfortable – for baby and parent. Adjustable seat adapts with baby’s growth for ergonomic support and comfort. The cross-shoulder straps spread wide for additional support for both baby and parent.
- Compact – When not in use, the carrier can be rolled up and stored. Small enough to be tucked into a diaper bag so that it’s on hand when needed.
- Supportive – Spreadable shoulder strap option keeps fabric around baby’s neck taut for a snug and supported fit. The padded neckline provides additional support for the newborn’s head.

We use the Omni 360 with our 16 month old son, but I wanted something softer and less structured to wear post c-section with my second baby. The Embrace is perfect - soft, comfortable for both of us, quick and easy to put on, and easy to wash. I started wearing our newborn 6 days post c-section and it didn’t hurt or put to much pressure on me. With two under two, being able to snuggle our newborn and still have free hands is invaluable. Love love love this carrier. My baby is 3mo now and isn’t loving it so much anymore but was very happy to be in it until now. Saved my back. I was very experienced at wearing a wrap carrier with my first born, so this is pretty much the same but much easier on the back since the weight of the baby is more focused on the waist than the upper back. For some reason my baby is happier at the moment in the wrap carriers than this embrace one. Also, if you plan on wearing this to do activities where you will get dirty, don’t buy a light colour like I did. It looked filthy very very quickly!! And after a wash it doesn’t take long to look filthy again.
